The Integrated Disability & Absence Management Services Team (IDAM) provides assistance to employees and supervisors on all aspects of disability and leave of absence management. We are here to assist you with leaves of absence, reasonable accommodations, and return to work processes, whether work-related or not.
All requests for disability accommodation in the workplace and leaves of absence should be made with at least 30 days advance notice. If the leave is unforeseeable, notify your supervisor, your HR division partner and/or the IDAM team as soon as possible.
