In an effort for continual improvement to the crane hoisting and rigging program, procedures, processes and best practices will be re-evaluated, both on a regular basis from day to day operations to on an as needed basis.
When improvements are identified a team of evaluators made up of EHS, Facilities and other divisional groups may be called upon to provide technical and expert knowledge in identifying, implementing and confirming the changes are effective and beneficial to operational needs.
Evaluations will undergo a formal verification and validation process using a walk-thorough or similar methods to ensure that the steps are appropriate and correct. Any discrepancies found during this process shall be corrected and the process repeated until the procedure is correct.
