Are you ready to lose weight and eat healthier? Consider joining WW At Work, an employer-sponsored wellness program! WW (formerly known as Weight Watchers) is a flexible 3 option program tailored to meet your needs and help you reach your goals. This is a 17-week program with workshops conducted every Monday in Building 26 Room 124. Weigh-ins are at 11:15 am. Meetings are from 11:30 am – 12 pm. Join WW today! Spaces are limited to 25 per program. A commitment to attend 14 weeks is required.
Spaces are limited to 25 people per session. If you sign up and the session is full you will be added to a waiting list for the next available session.
