
Overview:
If you are unable to work due to your own serious health condition, you may qualify for job-protected leave under the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and/or the California Family Rights Act (CFRA).

Family Medical Leave Eligibility:
- Must have worked for the lab for at least 12 months
- Must have worked 1,250 hours in the past 12 months
- Must provide medical certification
