
Overview:
If a spouse, parent, child, domestic partner, parent-in-law, grandparent, grandchild, sibling or designated person has a serious health condition, you may be eligible for FMLA/CFRA leave to care for them.

Eligibility:
- Must have worked for the lab for at least 12 months
- Must have worked 1,250 hours in the past 12 months
- Must provide medical certification
- Must provide declaration of relationship
