
Overview:
If you have recently welcomed a child through birth, adoption, or foster care, you may be eligible for FMLA/CFRA bonding leave.

Eligibility:
- Must have worked for the lab for at least 12 months
- Must have worked 1,250 hours in the past 12 months
- Must provide declaration of relationship
What You Get:
- Up to 12 weeks of protected leave (bonding)
- Continued health benefits
