A check-sheet is useful in situations where (1) it is vital you don’t miss a step or forget something that could jeopardize safety or operations and (2) in situations where you do not perform the task or activity often enough to internalize all of the steps so there is a risk of forgetting.

Step-by-step Process Guides Template
A step-by-step process guide is useful in situations where the rules and process for performing a task such as (purchasing a chemical, or shipping a product, or inspecting equipment) are multi-step and unfamiliar. You don’t expect your customer to memorize the process but it’s important they get it right. Examples include visual-oriented guides and ones where text instructions are adequate.

EHS Systems & Software tutorials
Tutorials that teach how to use a system or software. EHS Training can help develop these and we offer templates that serve as examples. We can also develop video instruction for software systems. In some case both video and “print-based” step-by-step guides are useful.
