If you are pregnant you may be eligible for Pregnancy Disability Leave (PDL) and bonding leave under FMLA/CFRA.

Eligibility:
- PDL: No length-of-service requirement
- Bonding: Must have worked 1,250 hours in the past 12 months
What You Get:
- Up to 4 months (PDL for pregnancy)
- Up to 12 weeks (bonding leave under FMLA/CFRA)
Steps to Take:
- Submit a leave request form
- Have your health provider complete the medical certification for Pregnancy Disability
- Send documents to idam@lbl.gov
