Effective December 1, employees currently due for medical surveillance may self-schedule appointments in the Lab’s online health portal. Appointments for flu vaccinations are also available for self-scheduling. Simply log in at https://clinic.lbl.gov and click on “My Appointments.” If you have any questions or experience any issues with scheduling, please contact Health Services at 510-486-6266. (option 2)
